Feature Request URP Post Processing - bring back layers?

    Currently there is no way to use layers with URP 12 Post processing Global Volumes like you could with Post Processing Stack v2 before. For example I wanted to apply a Bloom effect with post processing to the UI only in a scene so I would filter the post processing to the UI layer only. This is a big missing feature.
