My URP point lights flicker when using realtime lighting and I'm moving the camera / controller around the scene. Does anyone else experience this? Using URP 8.2

Update: Seems to disappear if I turn off all Bloom Intensity. Does Bloom not work with point lights in URP?

Urp has limitation on lights that effects an object it's called per object limit and it's default value is 4. It can be up to 8. Urp Settings.png

That isn't why the light flickers when I move though, that would just affect how many objects can be affected by a light. The flickering is caused by bloom intensity. The same seems to occur in HDRP based on reddit threads I'm searching.

Bloom is rendered in half resolution so small areas consisting of a few very bright pixels coupled with high bloom intensity can produce flickering.

I don't think 0.1 bloom intensity is high, but I could be wrong.

@Exeneva can you share a gif or video of the flickering you are seeing?
