Bug URP OpenGLES3 clear coat not working

    unity 2020.2.2f1
    URP 10.2.2
    ShaderGraph 10.2.2
    Graphics API OpenGLES3
    I enabled clear coat checkbox when I made a new ShaderGraph. Clear coat was not working when I was in OpenGLES3 mode, but it works fine when using DX11 mode.Is it a bug or I made some mistakes? Here is my shader graph. Only default fragment and vertex in this shader graph file. I dragged coatMask variable to change it's value between 0 to 1. Nothing happened. Just kept the same look.
