URP Motion Blur not working as expected

    Hi,

    I tried adding Motion Blur to a camera, but for some reason, only the player ship is affected by the Motion Blur, while the environment stays unchanged. What I wanted to achieve was to apply motion blur to the environment, while the player stays unaffected.

    URP per object motion blur (using motion vectors) is on the roadmap.

    I think it should be there in 2023.2 or 2024.1.
