Feature Request URP decals in DOTS

    I wonder what would it take to implement decals in URP?

    HDRP supports them out of the box, but it seems that for URP there are issues, otherwise I believe it would have been added already.

    Can someone smart outline what kind of issues are they?
    What would be a reasonable workaround? Re-implementation of decal render feature or decal projector object pooling?
