I've run into a bit of an issue with my URP Camera stack on the iPhone 13 Mini running IOS 15.1.1, and another iPhone 12 Mini running IOS 14.8.1. I thought it was initially a crash as the only thing rendering is the Screen Space UI, the input on world space items (rendered by the camera) is still working but all I get is the background colour from the Base Camera settings.

I am using the following camera rig:

    Base camera
    - Orthographic Overlay camera (Background)
    - Orthographic Overlay camera (Foreground)

    Using URP 12.1.4,
Unity 2021.2.10f1 and tried with 2021.2.8f1

Any help would be really appreciated as this is currently a live project.
The iPhone Mini is the only device we have currently found to be having an issue.

Give all info like unity version, and maybe screenshots of the cameras

No, I used Unity v2021.3.5f1 LTS and the following settings.

    Unity v2021.3.5f1
    URP 12.1.7
    Device: iPhone 13.

    Overlap Camera:
    - Orthographic Overlay camera (Background)
    - Orthographic Overlay camera (Foreground)

Then I get the background colour from the Base Camera settings.

But I found 2022.2 can fix this issue.
