URP 2019.4 vs Built-in 2018.4 editor visual update performance

    Hi, I have a question, I am currently switching between 2018.4 and 2019.4 to check both out and compare. Why does the plane with the PBR material and the HDR background look SO MUCH BETTER out of the box in a plain vanilla scene in 2018.4, while the reflection of the HDR background and the lighting look so flat (or nonexistant) in the vanilla scene in 2019.4 ? Also, the lighting/reflection adapts almost instantly in 2018 when I change the skybox image, while it takes seconds to adapt in 2019 I built both scenes from the ground up in both versions, and the 2018.4 version was lloking great out of the box :( Since I need volumetric lighting, I wanted to use URP with an addon, because Aura (free) is not so performant, thats why I am a little frustrated.
