Urgent - Unity has changed mono.dll but forgot to update its metadata version

Hi,

I am using Unity 2018.14.12f1

My app is distributed using Visual Studio Installer. On the update for the version above, Unity has updated mono.dll but forgot to update its version, so the installer can't know the the dll has been changed and do not update it. It is really important that when a dll or exe is update, Unity update also the metadata. I had this problem before with the exe, now the dll. Please someone from Unity, check it.
