    Summary
    • In order to address ongoing intermittent service disruptions that began yesterday, we will be deploying a fix that will require the Collaborate service to be temporarily unavailable.

    Expected Impact
    • The Collaborate service will be unavailable for all users during the time of the maintenance.

    Outage Duration
    • Up to 20 minutes estimated outage time

    Current Status
    • Maintenance operations have concluded and the service has recovered.
