Upperbody Layer dont play correct

    Hi, im working on a third person shooter. I creaed an animator with 3 layers the first is the standard locomotion, the second is my foot layer because he should move her leg when i rotate and the third is my weapon layer. I set blending to override and when i play the reload animation the left hand must go to the pockets but he doesnt. the hand move just the half way and goes back to the weapon and it is not looking good. when i play the preview animation in the animator controller its looks right but in game its a bit damped. did somebody know this problem ? i use root motion
