Bug Upload Content TAB fails consistently on the first try, intermittently works afterwards

    See attached.

    Confirmed now for past 30+ days the Upload Content TAB fails at the first try, no matter if the URL is refreshed or not! Then leaves a half uploaded file, which needs to be deleted. If not deleted anomalous operations might occur using that Addressable.

    Then works on and off afterwards.

    The rests of the CCD page works super fast and flawlessly.

    We are concerned about this errors, since the external uploads will be automated soon via the cloud interfaces for CCD and we do not wish any failures.

    Could someone check into it?

    1. The exact steps the reproduce the error you are facing.
    2. Which browser are you using?

    attached 3 screenshots.

    Consistently the first upload into CCD fails! Release fails as well. Then we delete the malfunctioned file.
    Again go thru the same process and all works!
