Upgrading to a new unity version causes assembly reference errors. Please help :'(

Hello friends, I am currently using 2018.4.12 for two vuforia engine incorporated projects for my university. However, I want to upgrade them to the most recent LTS version, which is 2019.4.11 but when I do that, I get assembly reference errors. I already have vuforia engine AR from the package manager installed and I even obtained the vuforia 9.4 version package from their site but the reference error is till showing up :/

There's no vuforia augmented reality support here though, which is odd
