Question Upgrading AR Foundation breaks webcam

Currently using Unity 2019.4.5f1
Upgrading AR Foundation from 3.0.1 to 4.0.9 breaks webcam.

1. Had AR Foundation 3.0.1 + subsystem, + XR Management in project
2. Migrated project to use URP.
   • webcam broke
3. added the AR Feature in the Asset Pipeline.
   • That enabled the camera again.
4. Upgraded to AR Foundation 4.0.9
   • Camera no longer works, appears gray for iPhone devices (testing with iPhone XR)
   • AR objects appear on screen but background is not webcam

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
