Question Upgrade from 2021 to 2022 freezes the game in build

    Hi,

    I am having this issue, which i suspect is due to addressables, as the game is working in editor but not in build.

    It always freezes when this line is output in the logs:
    Unloading 30 unused Assets / (2.5 KB). Loaded Objects now: 12883.

    Which makes me suspect that some assets got unloaded unintentionally. Is there any way to log the Unused Assets such that I can find out which asset is causing the issue?

    I'm getting the same issue, however in my case it happens randomly after running the game for a while on an Android device and the music keeps playing. It just freezes.
    I'm not using Addressables. Out of curosity, is your game a 2D game and has Tilemaps?

    If I rollback to Unity 2021, it works fine.

    Mine has tilemaps but am just loading the splash screen. It worked fine now, after we reworked the splash screen transitions. I suspect that when the scene changes and resources are being unloaded, some required assets are being unloaded as well.

    But it could be the way that we had packed the assets that cause the unintentional unloading.

    The same problem. Using Addressables, using TileMap. On Unity 2021 all fine, on Unity 2022 game freeze in random place in log say than game losing focus, but game in focus
