Updating Previous Build with different Profiles?

    Suppose we have two teams. Both of them are using Remote Assets and Local Assets. However, for one team, the Local Assets and Remote Assets are constantly changing, and for the other, only the Remote Assets are constantly changing, but Local Assets are updated least frequently. To do this, I created two buckets for each team, and click "New Build" every time I want to build the contents, then I push the new Remote Content up to the different bucket. Is this the intended workflow for this situation? If not, how are we supposed to keep updating the content in this situation with profiles? Is it to New Build every time we want to build? Or is there a way to Update on Previous Build in this situation?
