Official Updates to the Public Issue Tracker

We recently released a major update to our Public Issue Tracker.


There are a bunch of smaller fixes and improvements, but the two main improvements are:

• Multiple versions shown for Found In
• Multiple versions shown for Fixed In (for backports). Each with separate states.

Especially the last point has long been a big limitation of the Issue Tracker. Ever since we started doing backports some years ago in fact. We are very happy to finally be able to provide this functionality.

Once an internal backport case has been created, the issue will show up as “Planned for” on the issue tracker. Do note that “Planned for” is a declaration of intent - not a promise. It does happen that backports are rejected.
