Updates to Ads Dashboard

Hi,

We recently migrated Unity Ads data under the Developer Dashboard! You can now find your Ads projects and organization details on the Operate tab of the dashboard.

A few things have changed:

• Selecting a project will take you straight to the Statistics page. More project options are found in the left navigation bar.
• Tabs previously on the main page are now found in the left navigation bar when viewing the organization.

We are sorry that many of you ran into a redirect issue. This should be fixed now.

I see message "This organization has been suspended due to Terms of Service violation." in operate dashboard.

And two messages in console -

It can not be connected with the update of the system in any way?

 

1) the Operate page (in Safari) is occupied by a large grey area and I can't use the site like this!
2) where can I find my game's id?

We are currently looking into some rendering issues in Safari. If possible, in the mean time, please try using another browser like Google Chrome.

If you are experiencing this, please email support at unityads-support@unity3d.com with information about your Safari version, computer hardware stats, and OS version. This will help us track down the issue.

New dashboard not working in iOS (Safari)
How could it have been so degraded?

 

Hello, I have several problem with Unity ads under Unity 2017.2 / iOS / MacOSX editor.

1st problem: dashboard has rendering issues in Safari. My Safari version is : Version 10.1.1 (12603.2.4), using Mac OS X Sierra 10.12.5 and a MacbookPro Retina end-2013

2nd problem: ads system does not work at all (assembly not recognized if #ifdef UNITY_ADS removed). I have enabled Unity Ads plugin / checked Test Mode and checked builtin ads. Note that this project was working fine before. I've copy/paste the project, moved it from Android to iOS with and changed the project name. I've tried recreating the project ID in the Unity Ads Dashboard with Chrome but it still does not work.
