Last night i upgraded from unity 2018.3 to 2019.2. Picture 1 is how it should look like. Now, i havent chagned Anything, and when i scroll with the mousewheel or rotate the camera, or even the character's animation moves, sometimes it looks like pic2. like no receiving light at all from the spotlight that is pointing directly towards the character (and rigged to always move with it). This never happened in 2018.2, where the spotlight always kept iluminating the character.
I only have 4 lights in the whole scene, a directional, a point light for the whole octagon, and one for each character. and im using LWRP.
What may be causing this? and i can fix this? it makes the game look horrible!

Hi, could you submit a bug report with your project so we can take a look at it?

i have tried all workaround on internet, but it seems i cant have more than one active real-time light active, which is weird.
