Update to EU Service Outage on 3/21

    The Unity Collaborate service had an issue affecting uploads and downloads in the EU region. Users affected by this were unable to complete uploads or downloads. The issue was resolved around 2:30pm UTC on 3/21/2018. We’re taking actions to prevent this type of service disruption again. We apologize for the inconvenience. Service status for Collaborate and other Unity Services is posted here: https://status.cloud.unity3d.com
