Update to Docs and Tuts ETA?

When is there gonna be a next update to the documentation or a new guide like this

since i can't find any updated guides/documentation past 0.4.8. I am still failing most of the time when trying to experiment just like this guy

couldn't find out what went wrong later in the video. I am planing to use this in a project, and honestly i managed to build a player that can load content updated files just once, and every other attempt (from a clean project) has failed, especially the newest version of Addressable assets. I reverted to 0.4.8 just to try and do a setup like the first guy above and thats the only thing that worked.

Also, if it's useful, i could write a detailed step by step of what I'm trying to do and what is going wrong.
