    Hi,
    I just purchased your asset with the hope I would be able to identically reproduce the Standard Shader (metal and smooth version). I saw your tutorials and they were really welcome. Is it possible to do that? I tried with Shader Forge and I wasn`t able to make the shader to behave identically. The same settings and the same look in the same lighting conditions. I Would be really grateful for any help I can get. Cheers!

    Sure, you can!

    We apologize for the fact that it was not as obvious as we would like.
    We will think about how to improve the quality of documentation and tutorials.

    All PBR (PBS) modes in "uSE" are based on Standard shader algorithms.
    Please pay attention to the 7th page of the documentation (English version).
    Using this modes you just need to bind your nodes to required outputs.
    Using PBR Metallic you can send your nodes's calculations to Metallic & Smoothness outputs.

    Happy to hear that you like our product!

    On this moment that alredy have a list of features that can't reproduce any of our competitors.
    Like a terrain shading, Global Illumination, Custom lighting models, flexible tessellation settings, etc.

    In future this list will grow so be sure that you made the right choice!

    so 2 of the 4 doloro products i've purchased from the asset store have been deprecated in the past year (he water and ssrr pro.) doesn't really inspire much confidence to continue supporting doloro with these multiple abandoned products. i already have ushader pro and recolor pro, but i'm not sure if i should bother depending on these for future projects with this unstable, fickle developer behavior. what is up with the multiple deprecated assets?

    while a big discount on your software is welcome, this smacks of sales desperation...

    oh and your "Complete shader bundle" is also falsely advertised/bloated in price, it lists both of the above-mentioned deprecated products in the bundle. shame on you.

    SSRR Pro supported more than 1.5 year. During last long time it was not profitable. But our team works on new algorithm of SSR and all who bought SSRR PRO before will get a very big discount to update to the new product after release.

    uShader Engine PRO is our main project. On this moment it already have a lot of unique feature than don't have any of our directly competitor.
    And this product getting a regular big updates almost every month.
    So it's definitly only your choise, but we do our best with developing of uSE PRO.

    CSB still include this assets and we don't have any plan to changing this.
    So a price still based on all of this assets.
    This is a real price of a package.

    i understand that ushader pro is your flagship item so that will get priority, and indeed it is nice to see the regular updates on that.

    At the moment I don't have any info about new generation of water's shader.
    I can only note that the current policy of our company based on rule that all our products must be better than the other top products in the store.
    So if our team will create a so good shader, then we ofcourse release it immediately.
    Sure we have a policy than all old assets of the same type will have a discount for upgrade to new generation of product.

    HE Water was a one of our first released shader in this store and has a long support time. On this moment this product still available to download and have a good quality.

    We think that all will be more happy if our team will make efforts to develop a more global projects. We are sure you much more interesting to have multiple licenses of the best products than a dozen mediocre.

    As example uShader Engine.
    It combines dozens of products at a price much lower than on markets.
    Actually, even just an ability for work with terrain's shader is usually sold at a price not less than uShader Engine.
    A good shader for tesselation cost around 30$.
    Multiple-pass shading almost not have a represents in Asset Store.
    This package include a list of FREE examples that other companies sold as separate assets.

    So we think that you not fully right when you talk about us like about untrusted publisher.
    All our product have support many more than one year. We don't discard any assets from packs. We not set a fake price or fake sale events. We not use a fake comments like a lot of publisher.
    We all time invest to increasing quality of product, documentation, demos, samples.

    Does you sure that we really so bad as you told before?

    i appreciate the explanation, and your philosophy makes sense. i've had very few purchased assets become deprecated thus far, and there was a perception of a pattern of abandonment when i had more than one of your assets become deprecated in a short amount of time, while you are advertising a sale on another asset. i think you can see why a customer would become concerned. looking forward to your continued diligence with your remaining assets.

    I have some questions.
    Does the fur effect your tool can create work on skinned meshes and could you show an example of it working if it does?
    Could you describe how the fur effect works?
    Which version is required for the fur effect?
    Does the tool create an actual shader file that can be used without the tool?

    Fur was created with uShader PRO by using tessellation. For creating was used a displacment map. It requires a lot of computing power and will work only on high end hardware.

    uShader create a bundle with 3 documents:
    1) *.usp project for uShader
    2) Standalone shader for Unity 5
    3) Material

    You can try our FREE version for understanding of level of usability of our tools for you.

    Hi Mark, first of all, congratulations! Seem to be an amazing product. I would like to buy uShader Pro, but I have two questions:

    1)You plan to add features and to keep it alive? I see too many projects that have been dismissed and since it's on the store for a while, I would like to know your future support.

    2) I know that maybe you can't give tips about that, but as I lost the last offer, do you plan to repeat a discount offer in the next days/weeks?

    Our team still supports uShader.

    Next discount will be when Unity sets a date for official sale. Unfortunately, we don’t know when this will happen.

    uShader at the moment already bypasses all competitors in features such as the ability to work with multiple-pass shading, terrain shading and the ability to use Phong tessellation and create lighting model from the ground up.

    We want to note that with all of that it’s really cheap, even cheaper than competition.

    So, even in case of termination of the support, the product will still have the features that no other product can give you for many months.

    I am looking for a good shader tools! so I have some question want to know about uShader pro.
    1) I can't find the info about uShader supported API, eg openGLES 2, GLES3, DX11, DX12 ..
    2) Can I Specify for openGLES 2 (mobile)?
    3) Can I create Post effect ?

    When you work with uShader in any time you can see the current required Shader Model.
    With uShader you can create the shader from Shader Model 3.0 to Shader Model 5.0.

    The more datail about platforms you can find by this link:

    The result Shader Model depends only form yours algorithm. uShader is the IDE and this mean that it give all control of algoritm to you.

    So if you will create the shader that will require only the Shader Model 3.0 then your shader will work on GLES 2.

    All higher version of the Shader Model have the fully backward support of the previous.

    3) No, you can fully control the space behind the target object (get the rendered scene behind the object and adjust it as you want ), but you can't create the shader for camera.

    Hi!

    I've been working on a rather large project lately where I may require a custom terrain shader and it seems uShader is the only visual editor that can do this but because of the lack of information around the subject I have some unanswered questions than you can hopefully shed some light on;

    1) Is it posible to create a terrain shader that can blend textures using individual heightmaps along with the tessellation?

    2) Is it possible to have more image inputs for terrains (the standard is only the albedo and normal map in unity, I'd like to also utilize a roughness and heightmap on the terrain textures.

    For example, I have snow textures with a roughness image for a speckled effect but Unity's standard shader only has a smoothness slider which is no good. That same snow would be blending into a rocky cliff which would also need it's own roughness map and so on.

    3) Are you allowed to include the shaders created with uShader in asset store packages? My main feature is the individual assets and textures but I'd like to have a terrain shader to show them all off. :)

    Hi!

    1) Shaders created in uShader PRO for Unity's terrain are able to work with height maps
    which are paired with each splat texture when using tessellation.

    2) With uShader PRO you can definitely create shader which will be able to work with more
    textures than a standard shader. However, you should bear in mind that there are restrictions on the number of operations with textures defined by Shader Model used in the shader project.
    You can't use infinitely many textures even if you use a shader for platforms with Shader Model 5.0 support.
    But, we can assure you that uShader will allow you to reach the limit of capabilities that are currently possible in this matter and exceed the standard
    functionality of Unity shaders.

    3) This package includes a whole bundle of projects which will allow you to deal with all of your questions and create specific and advanced shaders which are configured for your needs.
    One such project is terrain with tessellation support and additional maps.

    Is there support for the reading/writing to the stencil buffer? Shader Forge has this support but it doesn't have support for managing multiple passes. uShader Pro has support for multiple passes, but does it (yet) have support for the stencil buffer?
