    Have you emailed the address listed in email? They should be able to tell you why you account was suspended.

    They don't reply to my email anymore. I sent five emails in a row. They don't reply during their working hours.

    Unity's Chinese agents are like this. They don't care about a personal account. They try to collect money. They lock a person's account without proof, because it's in China. Please explain...

    You must have done something to trip the system into locking your account. Obviously, you are not going to let us know what this inconsistent behaviour is so it doesn't leave us with much to say to you except if you did nothing wrong then your account wouldn't be locked.

    This is my personal account. They asked me to buy an authorization to unlock my personal account. They said I was using it in the company. I just tried, but my personal account facade bought a lot of assets. They didn't let me use it directly. What should I do??????

    Unity China is doing a series of crackdowns on perceived violations that require little more evidence than you having published a game using the personal version of Unity. This is an ongoing, excessively aggressive anti-piracy system that's been hitting Chinese and Taiwanese users for weeks now.

    The point is that I don't have any business projects to do. I logged into my unit account at the company and they said they wanted the company to buy authorization before they unlocked my personal account.

    They dragged me into a chat room and forced me to buy authorization before unlocking it. The automatic unlocking they said was repentant.

    Okay, I do sympathize with what you're going through, but please only make one post before waiting for people on the forums to reply. Aside from being basic etiquette, there are only so many people here at this time of day due to a lot of the development community being in North America and Europe.

    Don't take this as me chastising you, I am absolutely on your side as I've been following the Unity China issue semi-closely for the last couple weeks. You will just have a much easier time on the forums if you present your issue calmly and clearly.

    Thank you for your reminder. Would you like to ask them to view the information in my account? Does this violate personal privacy? They check the information in my account, then see my asset store to buy tens of thousands of asset, and then lock them in. How to contact the official headquarters is ignored by the Chinese agent unless authorized to purchase.

    I doubt they would accept request from third party, as not user him/her self. Unless it works somehow different. Also as mentioned, you have some spammy tendency of posting/mailing. This will not help your case. You need take a.time. Write / read / reread / post / edit/ wait for replay.

    Have you been moving projects between accounts of different Unity license levels? That would be a violation of the Unity license. They wouldn't know your personal and business accounts were related unless you did something to make that obvious.

    So many things wrong here starting with the aggressive forum message spamming, semi admitting license violation and to finalize it all by saying you have purchased tens of thousands of assets...

    One of the problems with asking for an explanation is we don't know all of the legal problems you might have brought upon yourself because your laws are almost assuredly different from our laws.     Spamming will not get your issue seen quicker. This is a myth and actually I gave you an infraction for bumping repeatedly. Regardless if you feel wronged, it doesn't mean breaking forum rules.

    You will have to be patient and reach out to customer services and that's all. They will get on it, but 5 emails in a row? multiple bumps within minutes? No, that inconveniences other people too, so that's not allowed.

    This thread is now locked and the OP is asked to wait for Unity staff to respond. I have forwarded this to their relevant staff.

    Opening new posts about the same issue will incur a temporary ban, so be patient.
