Untiy 64bit 5.1.1F1 Crashing

    Is anyone else still getting this issue?

    We're getting it in 5.3.1p3, and first noticed it around 5.2.2. We're getting it on both Windows 8.1 and OS X El Capitan.

    We don't have Lavasoft and our VPN is not active on our game dev machines. We do use OpenDNS though to filter content from our children - not sure if that's causing it, still need to run more tests.

    Our workaround at the moment is to delete /Library and restart, but the rebuild takes around 5 hours each time as our project is 110GB, so we lose around 5 hours dev time every 1-2 days.

    We can't fix this by using the 32-bit version of the editor as our game is too large to load into a 32-bit address space.

    I opened a case (759598) a couple of weeks ago but I still haven't heard back from Unity support. Just hoping someone here has a resolution...
