Unnecesarry target _blank for some subforums.

Some of the subforum links like "Code Editors & IDEs", "UGUI & Textmehs pro" and other UI Systems subforums, have attribute target="_blank" which causes them to open in new window or tab instead of current one. Other subforums like "AR", "VR", "Addressables" don't have this problem. Some of the subforum links like "Android" are fine.

I don't have any objections against having target="_blank" for links to documentation or some other external page which isn't part of forum.

There are also few like Navigation which have complete nonsense:

To be clear I am talking about these links in the initial page of forum
