unknown error. Unable to use cloud services.

    Started a new collab project 24h ago. Tried adding some assets etc and pushing back and forth to make sure everything worked properly. All tests worked fine and we got the project going. Opened up project today to add assets and when trying to push my build, the collab tab in the editor simply loads indefinitely( a small blue line at the top of the window loads across it then stops right at the finish line). Sometimes when reloading, it produces a red box at the top that says ¨unknown error. Unable to use cloud services¨.

    Didn't find any working solutions in troubleshooting(like unlinking and making new ID etc) nor in any other threads on forum.

    Would love it if anybody had any ideas as to how to resolve!

    Could this be a server issue then if I'm not the only one with this particular problem on this particular day? Anyone else or am I just missing something obvious here?

    Not sure. Just checked, I'm getting the same problem across projects, versions of Unity and Organisation team members too. Currently seeing if there's anything wrong at the account level (Payment, Access etc.)

    Yeah, that's what it looks like for me to and sometimes if I reload enough times it gives me a red box across the where the blue line is that gives the message in the first post.

    I'm having the same issues today, 11th, only with the collab tab. i've tried getting rid of /appdata/roaming/unity/packeges but it doesn't seem to be an issue with unity if there's other people having issues. maybe?

    I am also having the same issue too, with a brand new HDRP project. Our Collaborate contract was setup recently, but payment hasn't gone through yet. Are other people dealing with potential payment issues or is this some server issue?
