Bug Unknown error installing packages

    Getting error below when installing any package (in this case Universal-RP)

    [Package Manager Window] Cannot perform upm operation: Unable to add package [com.unity.render-pipelines.universal@10.8.1]:
    An error occurred while writing the file [K:\Unity\CraskleVR\Packages\manifest.json]:
    UNKNOWN: unknown error, fsync [NotFound].
    UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions ()

    Ive tried:
    - logging in/out of unity account
    - reloading app
    - restarting computer
