Unknown bugs break Unity

Unity 2018.3.5
Every time i make new project these bugs are here. I cant add any scripts or even start game.

I dont know how to fix it.

 

Did you try completely uninstalling Unity, rebooting your computer afterwards, *then* reinstalling the latest version? (that is, if you *need* the latest version; experience shows that it usually takes a couple of updates until a new version num becomes usable. Afaik the latest version not dying from bugs is 2018.2.20)

Alternatively, 5.x still works like a charm. Unless you direly need any of the newer features, it'd be an alternative.
