UniversalRP-VR Template mentioned in Docs but not anywhere to be seen

Using UniversalRP 7.0.1 on 2019.3.0b3, I went to read the Documentation, of course the front page of the Documentation mentions a VR template (I know there was one for VR before with LWRP). However, when I go to make a new project with this engine version, there is no such template to be seen. I will attempt to report this as a bug also.

Where can we access this template?

"The Universal Render Pipeline is available via two templates: UniversalRP and UniversalRP-VR. The UniversalRP-VR comes with pre-enabled settings specifically for VR. The documentation for both render pipelines is the same. For any questions regarding UniversalRP-VR, see the UniversalRP documentation."
