Universal widget bug...?

    Not really sure what's causing this, but the sphere offset seems wrong...


    I didn't know where to post about this because I'm not sure whether it's a bug, by "design" -- or if something I've done in 2018.2.1f1 caused it...

    The important thing is that I'm not certain if this might cause positioning to be incorrect too (imprecise), or if this is solely a visual thing, but it is worrisome to those who have to have things positioned precisely.

    Again, I'm not sure if this is "by design" or what (because the intersection angle is a bit more "pronounced" depending on the direction, and as such, it strangely seemed "helpful" to some extent to show the orientation of the "front" of the sphere a bit better), but even so, it still seemed like a strange design choice.

    A nice 3D arrow pointing in the facing direction of the sphere (to help suss-out the facing direction) would have looked MUCH better IMO.
