Feature Request UnityWebRequest being able to pause / resume or have bandwidth control

When downloading large files, I'd love to have a pause and resume functionality if possible.
There are times when you're downloading large files you get interrupted and want to be able to pause the download for a bit. Let's say you have to pick up a video call and need to prioritize your bandwidth.
Being able to pause downloads would help with that or being able to control the bandwidth usage would solve it as well. You don't always want to download with all the bandwidth there is. Especially not if you have to share this bandwidth with the rest of your home.
