UnitySkidmarks: Free skidmark generation system

    Hi. I am completely new to this... Any basic guild for how to use this and where should I attached the scripts

    I have a problem and I cant find a solution.I don`t have a car on my scene.I instantiate the car from other scene.I have this error.How can I referance SkidMarkController to wheelskid?

    I started using this for tracked vehicles (just rotated the skidmarks image) and it's awesome. Thanks a lot.

    It works for me (2020.2.1f1). Adjust your friction curve to recude the skidmarks (I use the following values in order: forward: 0.4, 1, 0.8, 0.5, 1.5 side: 0.2, 1, 0.5, 0.75, 1 other values: wheel weight: 20, car weight: 1165, steering angle 45, the car usually goes with 70-120 kph)

    I have encountered incorrect deletion of a trace when the traces are already overwritten in the traces array. To fix this, you need to make an additional check at the very end in the trace class Skidmarks in the method AddSkidMark. before returning the index value, do the following:

    int curIndex = markIndex;

    if (lastIndex == -1)
    {
    markIndex = (markIndex - 1 + MAX_MARKS) % MAX_MARKS;
    }
    else
    {
    markIndex = ++markIndex % MAX_MARKS;
    }
    return curIndex;

    Thanks very much for that. Looks correct I think. I've just pushed your fix to the Skidmarks GitHub repository.
