UnityPlayer_UAP_arm_debug_il2cpp.pdb not loaded exception (Hololens 2 WebRTC)

    Probably not an issue of this specific package but I just keep getting this message when following the instructions building and then trying to deploy my project for ARM on HL2.

    Never had this with any other projects?

    I already changed some build settings around and tried to build again but it still gives the same exception on deployment.

    Also tried building on another PC (since somebody mentioned this might be because of my tools, uwp sdk and such) but it also gives this message while deploying.

    UnityPlayer_UAP_arm_master_il2cpp.pdb contains the debug information required to find the source for the module UnityPlayer.dll

    I can build other projects on this PC just fine, so it has to be the project somehow?

    I've tried adding the Unity symbol server or somehow trying to turn debugging off? But the symbol server gives me a "No source available" message and I can't seem to turn off this behaviour...

    Can you show a screenshot of what you're seeing? Make sure that the callstack window in Visual Studio is visible.

    Alright I made two empty projects with a cube in it one with MRTK 2.4 and one with MRTK 2.3 and it still gives me this message and the app would deploy correctly the first time showing me cube (with 2.4) but the 2.3 one didn't deploy/start properly.

    I am going to update this Hololens and try restarting it and otherwise maybe try another one...

    Alright so looks like you are hitting a crash inside Unity. It has nothing to do with PDB not being loaded, but since it's not loaded, the debugger can't resolve where it's crashing (the stack trace).

    If you check this checkbox:

    And then click "Load", VS should be able to load the symbols and show the callstack for this crash. I am very curious to see where it's crashing.

    I have the same issue, I try Unity 2019.3.13 / 2019.3.15, but some project can build successfully.
    I try to add unity symbolserver, but still fail.
    Someone know how to fix it?

    ps. I think 2019.2.17 is a good version for build in Hololens2. It never trigger the bug (my exp).

    Can we get a bug report for this? It seems something is crashing inside our jobsystem but it's unclear what. This is definitely an issue we need to fix.

    But this bug is not in Unity, it happen in Visual Studio.

    The game made in Unity crashes in Unity's code. I'm pretty sure this is a bug in Unity :).

    Someone on MRTK github mentioned you could try turning off graphics jobs in the player settings as a workaround if that is an option for you right now.

    Hello, my name is Jason from the Unity XR QA team. Could I get a bug filed with the repro steps and a minimum repro project attached so we can look into this? I was having some issues building up a project myself and I would hate to miss something. Once you file it, can you paste the bug number here too? Thanks a bunch!

    I have same problem when i try deploy on hololens 2 Emulator. And when i try to deploy on a phisical device it show a 2D windows. probably happena some error

    Hi @vittorioleo82 if you can file a bug with a simple project that reproduces the issue, I would be happy to take a look at the project settings and any errors I find to offer guidance
