[UnityHub] try to use bug reporter

    Hi, everybody.
    I have 2 problems with unity hub.

    1. I can't sign in Unity hub
    When I enter my login and password and press "Sign in", the Unity Hub Sign in window closes

    2. I can't send a bug report with Unity Hub bug reporter
    When i press SEND in "Unity Hub Bug Reported" i always have "Something went wrong".

    OS: Windows 10 home ver 1903 (18362.295)
    Unity Hub: 2.1.1
