Video UnityCam With HDRP - Recording unity with HDRP

so i use unity almost only for film-related stuff. i have a motion capture set up for unity but I need to have it send the video of the play scene like a webcam to OBS (not all I'm doing but to keep it simple).
I'm using unitycam, which works great and perfectly fine, it can be found here:

The only issue is, my scene is HDRP, it doesn't like that. in fact it seems most recorders don't like that. I have done anything in a few months due to personal issues, so maybe this was fixed, but I know unity cam still doesn't work. I'm looking for a unity app or solution that can export the play scene view as a virtual webcam.

I tried FFmpeg in the past I believe and didn't get any results either.
