UnityAds.isReady always return false for banner ad format

    I use java for show unity ads in my app
    I check using UnityAds.isReady () before I display ads. At first the ads can appear well, but a few days ago checking UnityAds.isReady () for the banner ad format always returns false, this happens on all devices. whereas for the interstitial ad format it only occurs on a few devices.

    is it because of the ad availability problem in my country?, my country is Indonesia
