UnityAds + Adobe AIR

    Hi,

    Anyone experiencing issues using Adobe AIR and unityAds compiled as an ANE? Im getting weird results on different devices/android-os versions periodically. Specifically:

    1. UnityAds white text overlay shows, sound plays, but have a black screen instead of videos
    2. Hangs and eventually causes application not responding message
    3. Half of the screen black, half showing the ad after rotating the device

    Im compiling against androidsdk-8 & Ive also logged a ticket with support

    Have you tried compiling against Android API 10 or newer? Unity Ads supports Android 2.3.3 and above.

    Damn... it was a long shot. Had hoped it would work out for you. Haven't tried integrating with Air myself, and the official word on Unity Ads is that it's only supported under iOS, Android, Unity, Cocos2D, and Corona SDK for the moment. We don't provide a plugin for Adobe Air, but there are those out there who have done the integration themselves.

    We are looking to support additional development and release platforms in the future, but it may be a ways down the road. Our priority right now is moving from our Applifier roots to Unity, both refining and scaling up infrastructure in the process to better support our current and newly acquired user base.

    Sorry man. Keep me updated if you figure anything out. I'll let you know if there are any developments on the Adobe Air side from our end, or if I find any leads from others that have done the integration.
