Unityad refund

    I had deposited to run unityad. But I decided not to proceed with advertising. I asked Unity to refund that amount, but they haven't been doing it for more than two months. What should I do in this case?

    It looks like the refund is pending. They will hopefully get back to you soon.

    I have the exact same issue and wait for 11 Days now. They responded 11 days ago that they forwarded the ticket to the finance department and that they will reply later. After a day I wrote a follow up E-mail. And the last follow up E-mail I wrote 5 days ago. No response at all from the support since today. 2 Months is not acceptable and even then the support is just responding "They will get to you soon" when? After 2 years? It seems like they keep the money and don't want to pay it out, which is why they also don't respond on follow up tickets anymore.
