unity5 lighting & GI LoadLevel Problem

    i dont know what excactly is the problem when i open up unity and im in the scene it looks bad for some seconds with S*** lighting or gi and after some seconds it fixes(right down bar is computing some stuff).if i go to that scene with loadlevel it remains S***ty and it never gets good,what can i do?

    I am getting the same issue, simple scene, and after LoadLevel I get some lighting disabled. The only way to fix it is to disable global illumination
