Bug Unity3d super slow on high end pcs

    Hi, when I try doing anything the unity gets slow or starts building things,

    for example, when I'm editing the terrain huge freezes but once I check task manager is not even close to using 20% of my pc power,

    my pc:
    64 ram, 17 12th, ssd m.2 1b,
    unity currently using: 5gb of ram and 10% of cpu

    do you guys know how can I increase the unity usage so I can do those things faster?
