Unity3d portable ?

    Is it possible to install Unity3d on USB flash drive and run it on different computers?

    Unity wasn't designed for portability in that sense. Unity Free might work, but Unity Pro won't work since your license will be tied to the machine where you activated it first.

    You can do this fairly easily with Unity Free as I used to do it at Uni as we didn't have it there, though it runs very slow on poor usb's, so get a good one, best performance was my iPod Classic. As ElvisAlistar said, Unity Pro has to be tied to specific machines.

    You serious? What if i change my machine? Or in my case, use 3 machines! ( 1 person )

    Laptop, Pc, Mac + One at the office so actulay that makes 4. Im a free user but looking at PRO.

    A commercial Pro license purchased from the Unity store allows you to run Unity on any two machines that you have exclusive use of. If you change machines, you return an activation, and then use it to activate on your new machine.

    Just install/copy it on a USB drive?
