This is only a proof of concept for one of my clients and it is not a complete openCV wrapper right now. I don't think it has the quality to be a commercial or open source library. If my client contract me, I could sell or open source the library at the end of the project.

I'm making a plugin to access opencv and have hit a little road block trying to access functions from the plugin. Newest OpenCV is C++ based and I'm slightly confused to how the "extern c" functions communicate with C++ libraries. There is some talk about intermingling C and C++ code here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/servers-storage-dev/mixingcandcpluspluscode-305840.html but there seems like maybe there is a more direct way of doing it.

Hi! Has someone achieved this? I am really interested in integrating OpenCV in Unity3D, but not for face recognition (I know there is a plugin for that).
