unity3d 4.0 Can not run

Yesterday ordered unity3d, I get a serial number
But the software running on prompt Close Software

 

It's a known issue, make sure you are running on the same machine as your 3.x license is registered, wait 24 hours, failing that tech are looking at the rare cases who go through the procedures and still fail license check.
