Unity2022.1.0b10 don't open any projects

    Unity2022.1.0b10 don't open projects.
    (any even empty projects)
    When Unity beta versions 2022.1.0b8 and .0b9 - is opened these projects
    Safe or normal Editor's mode - the result (and error) is the same

    P.S. I reinstalled this version twice. The result has not changed.

    P.P.S Send bug report does not seem possible. I don't know why.

    P.S. Could you tell me, please: -Where can I see the reason (in detail) why Bug Reporter could not save and send my report?
    -Earlier, I could send reports, but for a long time this feature is no longer available for me.
