Unity wont start 3.4.1

    Unity won't start. No splash screen just the Unity Editor dialog box stating that Unity has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    This is for 3.4.1 on Win XP. I have uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times to no avail. Also using CCleaner to remove any remaining files. Win XP updates are up to date.

    I had 3.2 running on this machine before with no problems (but was deleted before 3.4.1 was installed).

    Any ideas?

    *** UPDATE ***

    I rolled back to version 3.3 which is working for me. I then downloaded/installed 3.4.0 which doesn't work. It has the same problem as 3.4.1
