Question Unity waterfall for banner in the EU (France ?)

    Hey everyone, what is the recommended waterfall for banners (if it can be optimized since the ecpm values are lower than interstitial).
    I have consistent banners around 1-2$ ecpm.
    Should I create 3 units at 1-2-3 ? or 1 - 3 - 5 ? other ?
    (I use unity in mediation so lower fill is not necessarily an issue, just trying to optimize for better revenues)
