Unity version question

    What's up with Unity versions?

    A while ago the Unity Hub told me that there were a version 2019.3.0f1 available, so I downloaded it. Now, according to the hub, the Unity archive and Unity "download latest version", 2019.2.15f1 is the latest??

    2019.3.0f1 is now marked as "latest Pre-Release" in the hub. Doesn't the "f" in "f1" indicate that it is a official (f)inal release? (or something like that)
