Unity version keeps reverting to older version

    I have Unity 2019.2.8 and 2019.4.4.1. When I try to open a 4.4.1 project as soon as it opens I get 2019.2.8 instead. What gives? How do I fix this. I'm attempting to do Oculus and the latest stuff (according to the manual) is designed to work w/ 2019.3 and higher.
