I have downloaded the standalone Unity Editor v5.3 from the following link:
    https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive

As specified in the v5.3 release notes, The Editor component is now minimized to be the editor, webplayer and MonoDevelop, which is fine.

For downloading other platform build versions (like PC / Mac / iOS / Android), I would have to use Unity Installer. This method would work where the internet bandwidth is high and unlimited. If bandwidth is limited, and I want to download only the Platform specific files, there is no direct download link option available. There's only a torrent link provided and torrent downloads are not permitted here.

Can you provide direct download links to the Platform Specific Build Installer files or add them to the list as seen in the image below so that it becomes easier to download?

When talking about limited bandwidth, how is it any different to use the installer that only downloads the needed vs you download em one by one?

AFAIK the installer should even support resume if on slow/unreliable connection?

In an company, assume that there are 10 Unity developers who are installing Unity using the installer. So effectively all are downloading the same thing which decreases the bandwidth available. Also, the same thing happens while re-installing Unity.

So, I was asking for direct download links which will be helpful for me / others.

An alternative to getting the installer files is to use the Unity Installer and save the files to a HDD location.

The Unity Installer saves files to these locations
    In Mac: ~/Downloads/UnityPackages
In Windows: Downloads folder or folder which you specified

Note: In Mac, copy the UnityPackages folder before you close the installer, else it removes it.
