Hi! I'm new to Unity, and I've always wanted to use it ever since I've heard of it, but every time I open a project on the Unity Hub, I'm greeted with this error message.

Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager local server process. This is most likely due to a proxy or firewall configuration. Make sure the process <directory> is reachable via HTTP on the IP address 127.0.0.1.

I'm using Unity Hub 2.3.2, and Unity 2019.3.0f6.

The website says I can't attach the upm-diag.log so I'll just put here what it contains:

    Hey there,

Could you post your editor.log too so I can have this looked at by the team?
