Unity UI 5.2 suddenly very glitchy

    I have a project I've been working on for a while. Now I've just updated it to Unity 5.2 (first .1 now .p4) and that has caused a deluge of glitchy errors within the UI. It looks as if the atlassing does some weird things.

    I've tried multiple versions of the project, some that worked when I built them just a few days ago in an earlier unity version and nothing has changed in them since. So it must be the Unity version. Unfortunately I get no error messages either.

    Any ideas?

    I've noticed something like this too but only in editor and only if I have the scene view showing with the game view. If you hide the scene view does this stop happening? Also in actual builds does this still happen?

    Actually in my case it only happens in actual builds. The editor does not seem to show this behavior.

    It also seems to be related to objects moving. The more movable objects there are on a screen, the more frequently this happens.

    Built the project with 5.1.p4 and that worked. Tried the brand new 5.2.2 and that keeps the glitch. Looks like some weird atlassing issue to me. Again, it doesn't appear in the editor, only in builds.

    I think I might have solved the issue. Looks like unity suddenly has issues with multiple sprites with the same packing tag, but with different import settings (putting them in different packing groups)

    Edit: nope. That didn't do it either.

    Tried replacing as many "empty" images with a small white texture. That didn't change much. Subjectively I'd say it even made it worse.

    Not sure if it got through. Bug isn't in the system and I didn't get a email yet.

    Submitted a second bug (it's a duplicate), but attached a very old version of my project that was small enough to send but still exhibited the issues.

    Nope, Windows.

    Something about the report-a-bug seems to be not working. I still haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail for either of my two bug reports, which makes me think they did not go through. It's all a bit weird.

    Hi,

    It´s March the 28th, and I still have the same issue. Using Unity Editor 5.3.4, 5.3.3, 5.3.2, 5.3.1, 5.3.0, seriously. I think the problem is in the unity web player, that I only can use the last one.

    Wow... I removed the dx-11 support from the build, it worked, stopped the problem.
